Each subscription activates on up to 2 Macs at the same time. You can deactivate one and move to another anytime from inside the app.
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and you can cancel from the customer portal inside the app or directly via Stripe. Your data remains exportable.
You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, the app stops syncing to the cloud, but your local data stays intact — resubscribe anytime to restore full functionality.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cloud storage uses isolated per-account databases. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Yes. Magellan keeps a full local copy of your data and works seamlessly offline. Changes sync automatically when you're back online. 7-day offline grace period for license validation.
Currently Mac-only. A Windows version is on the roadmap for late 2026. iPad/iPhone companion apps are being evaluated.
